Types of Projects
Each student will choose a state in North America that they would like to research and present in our geography fair. Students can include interesting facts, plants and animals, history, famous landmarks, and/or a map of the state. Students will have two weeks to complete their presentations in order to be included in our fair on June 13, 2025.
Below you will find a comprehensive list of types of presentation options students may choose from, as well as strategies for selecting appropriately.
State Poster or Tr-fold Board
Students can create a poster or tri-fold board showcasing their chosen state.
State Map
Students can present their chosen state by creating a map.
3-D Model
Students can build a model of a famous landmark from their chosen state, such as a famous statue or building.
State Brochure
Students can create state brochures to hand out during their presentation of their chosen state.
